  • Second Step: Then, pour the ginger & garlic paste, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric, clove-cinnamon powder, mashed potatoes, pudina leaves, dhaniya leaves and salt. Blend it well.
  • Third Step: Create the medium-sized five-six round patties. After that Coat the cutlets properly with bread crumbs from both sides. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Fourth Step: Whisk four eggs. Coat the refrigerated cutlets properly in the egg blend.
  • Then, Deep fry the cutlets in hot oil until evenly golden brown from both the sides.
  • Fifth Step: Now, Serve with chutney and sliced onions.
