AIP Italian Burger Recipe
For making Italian burgers use garlic and onion powder most importantly and make a mixture. However, use some Italian seasoning also. After that make burger patties and grill it. Besides that, you can also fry in the pan in medium flame with some amount of oil. However, you can also use either coconut oil or olive oil furthermore according to your choice.

2 Tablespoons of garlic powder (20 g)
1 Tablespoons of onion powder (7 g)

Fresh mozzarella cheese slices
Butter (if needed)

2/3 spaghetti sauce
Recipe For Making AIP Italian Burger
For making AIP BURGER, firstly combine garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper, oregano, basil. Also, mix well the ingredients together so as to make burger patties. Finally divide the patties mixture into 3 patties.
You can also fry the patties in the pan in medium flame with some amount of oil or you can either grill the patties.
Cook the burger for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes on high flame furthermore. If it begins to get brown too much you have to lower the flame from heat to medium because it might burn.
Furthermore, top the burger with 2 tablespoon spaghetti sauce and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and grill it in order to melt the cheese. Later on then slightly add Italian seasoning also to your burger like oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, paprika etc.
