Method To Cook Garlic Cilantro Salmon:

First, you have to preheat the grill or oven to 400° F.

In the meantime, put salmon with the skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Don’t grease the foil paper. Note: Place the fish with skin side down as it will make the clean up easier later.

Further, you have to squeeze lemon juice all over the salmon fillets.

Then evenly sprinkle cilantro and garlic on top of it.

After that, you have to sprinkle some salt and pepper as per your taste preference.

Now slice butter thinly and place those pieces equally on the top of the salmon fillets. Tip: You can omit butter to make it dairy-free.

When marination completes, you have to place foil with salmon in your preheated oven to bake salmon fillets for about 7 minutes. Alternatively, you can also grill the salmon. So, if you choose to grill, make sure to roast for around 15 min. (Note: baking and grilling time depends on thickness.)

Turn oven up to cook and proceed to prepare an extra 5 to 7 min. (Note: If you are grilling, skip this step.)

Once cooked, you will see that the top of the fillets looks crispy.

Now transfer prepared salmon fillets from grill or oven to the plate.

Then you have to push a flat spatula in between the salmon fillets and their skin. You will see that the skin is sticking to the foil; thus, the fish will separate from the skin easily.

That’s it! Your delicious garlic cilantro salmon is ready.

Serve immediately and relish the mouthwatering salmon with friends or family. We bet everyone will fall head over heels on its flavors and your cooking skills.
